Practice Manager - Sue Latham Chartered MCIPD
The Practice Manager manages the GP practice liasing with the Partners of the surgery. The role has become extensive due to the change in government policy and the forthcoming changes with the NHS GP service.
Operations Manager - Wendy Maguire
The Operations Manager oversees admin and reception teams whilst managing the delivery of clinics within the surgery. The Operation Manager is pleased to deal with any queries or comments you may have.
Our receptionists are here to help you. They have a difficult job dealing with calls and enquiries. When telephoning for medical attention the Receptionist may ask for a few details, and will treat information in the strictest confidence. They have been trained to make these enquiries so that we can help you in the most appropriate way.
Private Medical Insurances and Private Claim Forms are dealt with by Lin Evans.
Sue Mills , Karen Haynes and Sally Benson provide a professional medical secretarial services to all seven doctors at the practice. We are happy to help and support patients with regards any difficulties they may encounter with there referrals etc.
Cover has been negotiated on behalf of all East Surrey PCT practices with Harmoni. When telephoning the surgery out of hours your call may be automatically transferred to them.
